Rachel Thelemann, MA, LMFT joined the clinic in 2026 and is located at the Edina Office.  Rachel is a systems thinker and trauma-informed therapist with a somatic and energy-based approach.  She believes healing is an inward process and brings curiosity, empathy, and intuitive guidance to her work.  Rachel focuses on helping clients deepen self-awareness, understand relationship patterns, and create meaningful change.

Drawing on the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit, Rachel's approach is collaborative, holistic, and creative.  She incorporates body awareness, nervous-system-informed practices, Brainspotting, and elements of energy healing to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and finding greater clarity, balance, and connection.

Rachel has a special interest in working with trauma, anxiety, learning differences, domestic abuse, parenting, divorce, blended families, spirituality, and life transitions.  She holds Master's degrees in Human Development-Healing Arts and Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified in Brainspotting, and trained in Reiki, somatic practices, mindfulness, and healing arts.

Rachel believes each person has an innate capacity for healing and strives to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, held, and supported as they explore their experiences and move toward greater connection with themselves and their lives.
