CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours notice is required when canceling a session.  After the initial session, a credit card number will be collected and charged $135 when less than 24 hours notice is given.  The pre-licensed therapist cancellation fee is $85.00.

THERAPY

Regular Rate: $225 per session.  

Licensed therapist discounted cash rate (cash, check or credit card): $150

Pre-licensed therapist discounted cash rate:  $90

Intern cash rate (limited spots available):  $70

Sliding fee scale available based upon household income, please inquire.

Please note:  Medicare plans are not accepted.  The clinic does not take Medicare even when it's a supplemental Blue Cross Blue Shield or other private insurance plan.  

Therapy sessions are eligible for reimbursement through HSA/FSA flexible spending accounts.  Please ask for a receipt or receipts can be viewed on the client portal.

Business Coaching/Consultation and Intuitive Consultations

Licensed case consultation, Intuitive Consultations, and private practice business consults/business coaching with Rachel Greene:  $125 per hour

​

Onsite Company Grief Counseling

Grief counseling for employers/employees on site in the event of sudden death or suicide of an employee.  $200 per hour for the time spent on site.  Includes travel to and from the worksite and mileage.  Travel time and mileage is not a separate charge.  Provided by Rachel Greene only.
