To schedule: view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. We request that new clients contact the therapists directly. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. We look forward to connecting with you!
Olivia Vepley, MA, NCC (she/her/hers), National Certified Counselor, joined the clinic in 2026 and is located at the Golden Valley office. Olivia is a clinician grounded in embodiment and connection to the natural world, utilizing movement and the outdoors to inform her practice. She offers counseling services to individual adults, teens, children ages 8 and older, and young adults. Olivia is accepting new clients and is offering outdoor, in office, and telehealth sessions.
Olivia specializes in Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT), particularly in nature-based settings, as a way to help clients deepen their connection to self, which can help foster a safer and stronger connection to the people, places, and experiences in their lives. Trauma-informed care is a pillar of Olivia's therapeutic approach, and she strives to connect with clients through the lens of their past and present experiences. Olivia believes that working towards nervous system regulation, particularly through body-aware and nature practices, can provide clients with a sense of safety and belonging. Utilizing these holistic and creative modes of therapeutic intervention can provide clients with a sense of emotional balance that may be otherwise inaccessible through verbal therapy alone.
Joy and community are cental parts of Olivia's life, and she believes it is an honor to help clients deepen their own embodiment of joy and sense of belonging. Olivia is passionate about helping those who may be working through life transitions, relational and familial issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She also has a special interest in supporting those who may be sensitive to socio-political-environmental issues.
Olivia received her Master's degree from Adler University in Chicago, IL in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is actively being trained and supervised in Dance/Movement Therapy through the American Dance Therapy Association. Olivia is working under the supervision of Dr. Sonya Knudson, Psy.D., LP and Barbara Nordstrom-Loeb, LMFT, Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. Olivia spends much of her free time with her rescue dog and cat, another passion of hers. She also has a multitude of hobbies she loves (though isn't always the best at!) and can be found running, watercolor painting, reading, practicing yoga, and visiting as many independent coffee shops as she can.
