To schedule: view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. We request that new clients contact the therapists directly. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. We look forward to connecting with you!
Kim Céspedes, MSW, LICSW, joined the clinic in 2026 and is Telehealth Only until September 2026, and then will be located in office at the Rochester Satellite Office. Kim is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is licensed in both Minnesota and Nevada, so Kim can work with clients who live anywhere in those two states.
Kim believes that healing happens in relationships where people feel seen, respected, and emotionally safe. Her background includes community mental health, medical social work, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed, DBT-informed care. She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, burnout, and identity concerns. As an immigrant, Kim understands the grief, uncertainty, and identity shifts that can accompany major life transitions, and she strives to create a space where clients feel understood and supported. Kim works with children ages 10 and up, adults, couples, and families.
Kim uses evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Kim collaborates with clients on strengthening emotional regulation, improve relationships, building self-awareness, and developing practical coping skills for lasting growth.
In the therapy space, clients need not perform, minimize struggles, or carry burdens alone. Whether feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, always holding it together for others, or simply trying to understand oneself better, Kim assists in slowing down, healing, and creating a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and authentic.
Kim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wartburg College in Social Work and Public Health, and a Master of Social Work Degree in Social Impact Leadership from Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
