The easiest way to schedule is to view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. Due to very busy schedules, we are requesting that new clients contact the therapists directly. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. We look forward to connecting with you!

Martha Dalton, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She joined the clinic in 2019 and is located at the Golden Valley Office. Martha is skilled at connecting with people with empathy, respect and sometimes a little humor. She values the importance of therapy being a place where people can “be themselves,” and share whatever their struggles may be, without judgment. Martha works with individual adults from an integrated approach, incorporating mindfulness to help people achieve a more connected, mind, body, and spirit. She collaborates with clients to treat any presenting problem, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, chemical dependency, relationship conflicts, and spiritual and identity concerns. In addition, Martha is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a trauma modality. She is a highly sensitive person which has resulted in her being passionate about helping people lead more peaceful, fulfilling lives in a busy, overstimulating world. She believes that growth is a life-long process for every one of us.
Martha has an undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University and a Masters Degree in Marriage in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University. Prior to working in private practice, she provided therapy for clients at an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center. She has in-home experience working with adolescents and their families who were referred by county social services and outpatient experience in a community setting. Martha has worked with many clients who have experienced trauma.
