To schedule: view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. We request that new clients contact the therapists directly. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. We look forward to connecting with you!
Caitlyn Rogers, MSW, LICSW (Cait) (she/her/hers), joined the clinic in 2025 and is proud to offer services both via telehealth and in person at the White Bear Lake-Banning office. Cait earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Augsburg College in Minneapolis and has been practicing in the mental health field since 2015. She joined the practice in 2025 and provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
Cait specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps clients process and move past trauma and other difficult experiences in a safe and effective way. She also uses ART to address concerns such as OCD and intrusive thoughts, depression, and performance challenges, eating disorders, ADHD, and codependency. In addition, Cait incorporates attachment and relationship theory to help clients better understand their patterns in relationships and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Taking a mind-body approach, Cait blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused strategies with holistic influences. She also has a personal interest in Reiki and tarot, which enrich her belief in whole-person healing and self-discovery.
Cait believes therapy should feel collaborative, safe, and empowering. She works alongside clients to build on their strengths, develop practical tools for daily life, and create meaningful change in ways that feel authentic to them. Outside of work, Cait loves spending time with her family and dog-and she never passes up the chance to pet any dog she meets. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and unwinding with board games, card games, and video games.
