Becca Manthe, MA, LAMFT, ATR-P, (she/her/hers) Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Provisional Art Therapist joined the clinic in 2022 and is located via telehealth video and for outdoors sessions. A graduate of Adler Graduate School (2023), she specializes in climate-aware, nature-based art therapy.
During sessions, holistic healing often incorporates creative arts, music, movement, and outdoor environments. Becca utilizes contemporary frameworks such as the Expressive Therapies Continuum, Polyvagal Theory, Systems Theory, mindfulness, Nonviolent/Compassionate Communication, and more to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
She offers strengths-based, eco-centric, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQAI-affirming care for individuals (ages 8+), couples, families, and groups. Her expertise covers traditional mental health concerns alongside specialized support for eco-anxiety, climate grief, and the polycrisis. Supervised by Heather Hessel, Erin-Rafferty-Bugher, and Patricia Welch, Becca provides services in-person, outdoors, and via telehealth.
Beyond her clinical work, Becca is an advocate for the intersection of climate change and mental health. She founded Nature-Connected Professionals, a Minnesota professional networking group for those who center nature in their work, and will offer ecological grief workshops for Minnesota agricultural workers in 2026. She is available for professional consultations, presentations, group work, and retreats. Please reach out for more information about clinical or community services.
