Tracy Koski, BA, Clinical Intern, joined the clinic in the Fall of 2023 and is located at the Golden Valley Office.  Tracy is currently completing the final requirements for her Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.  She is working under the supervision of Jesse Kardong, MA, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  Tracy offers counseling services for individual adults and adolescents/teens.

Tracy places emphasis on building an authentic therapeutic relationship, motivating sustainable change, and valuing cultural and spiritual differences.  Tracy believes that individuals are the experts in their own lives.  She is interested in working collaboratively with clients to leverage their inner strengths, embrace their humanness, and navigate life's challenges.  She holds a non-judgmental space where issues are validated, explored and processed.  Her specific areas of interest are grief/loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, work/life balance, caregiver challenges, and adolescent/teen development.

Tracy received her BA in Business Management from Bethel University in 2010.  Through her own journey, she left her corporate career to find meaning in her life by pursuing a career as a therapist.  She also volunteers for the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) as peer mentor for caregivers of patients with brain tumors.  Tracy believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and draws from her intuition, life experiences, and strategic strengths to provide an integrative therapeutic experience incorporating both mindfulness and skills-based techniques.

Tracy will have openings for new clients beginning October 30th, 2023.
