The easiest way to schedule is to view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. Due to very busy schedules, we are requesting that new clients contact the therapists directly, except for clinical interns. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. Jenna Leirmoe, MS, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Jenna joined the clinic in 2018 and is located at the Golden Valley office. Jenna works with individual adults and follows a humanistic approach that aims to meet her clients where they are in their healing journey by using a wide variety of approaches including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, creating awareness, mindfulness, self-compassion, and resilience building. In addition, Jenna also works with clients in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Work-life Balance/Stress, Relationship Issues, and Self-Esteem.
Jenna has an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Prior to private practice, Jenna was an elementary therapist at a Child and Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Day Treatment community based program, where she had over 3 years post graduate experience. Jenna also has experience in mental health hospital settings, primarily working with acute crisis management and residential placement with children and adolescents. She is passionate about ensuring that her clients feel heard. Jenna works together with her clients and their families to build a collaborative relationship that promotes strength and healing.
