The easiest way to schedule is to view the therapist photos/availability on the therapist by location page, as our therapists are all independent contractors. Click on the therapist photos to get to the bio page. The direct contact information for each therapist is listed on the bottom of their bio page. Due to very busy schedules, we are requesting that new clients contact the therapists directly. You can also fill out the contact us page, and someone will get back to you with therapist options. Scheduling via the Client Portal is for existing clients only. We look forward to connecting with you!

With emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, Ashley uses a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailors her sessions to support each unique client.
Using a holistic, integrative approach, Ashley draws upon mind and body treatment methods such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness and Meditation, yoga and breathwork, in addition to evidence-based practices such as Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Ashley offers services for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, identity development and self-esteem concerns. Ashley is a highly sensitive person and particularly enjoys supporting other highly sensitive people and empaths in learning how to navigate an oftentimes overstimulating world.
